How does KBA screen tenants?

Tenants are profiled through our artificial intelligence algorithm called Smart Rent Score (SRS). Using historical default data from thousands of lease contracts (including COVID period), internal descriptive information, and information obtained from major credit bureaus; we can determine the factors that influence the likelihood of tenant default.



Who need KBA's products?

Our main clients are corporations providing insurance to landlords to cover credit risk on their tenants i.e. risk that a tenant defaults on its rent payments.
