At KBA we want to announce the launch of a new tool within our KBA.Suite solution, the automatic upload of documentation.

For those who don’t know us yet, KBA.Suite is a comprehensive white-label software solution designed specifically for the Latin American real estate market. With it we manage to transform the manual evaluation of tenants into a digital and automatic workflow. You can read all the information about KBA.Suite in our post KBA expands to Mexico with the launch of KBA.Suite.

In a world where speed and security are essential, continuing to receive documents by email to evaluate candidates for a rental can be a costly mistake. And this is where our new tool comes in, with which we have managed to implement a system that allows candidates to upload their documentation directly to the KBA.Suite form.

In-House Tenant Screening

In this way, we manage to speed up the process and also guarantee greater control, security and efficiency.

Real estate agents can now customize the forms to include the possibility for candidates to upload their documentation. From identity documents to payrolls, guarantees… Everything we want to request can be added to the form.

Once the candidate has sent the application, risk analysts can review the documentation from the same user interface and make a risk assessment decision quickly and with all the information in one place.

In addition, KBA is incorporating a beta version that takes advantage of Gen AI to perform a prior review of the uploaded documents and summarize the key risk factors for the analyst, so that the review is even faster. With it, it will be possible to detect, for example, if the uploaded documentation matches what was reported, if it is legible, if any risk factor is detected, among other things.

As you can see, there are many advantages:

  • Manual email submissions are avoided
  • All information in one place and integrated into a single application process
  • Data stored in one place for optimal future traceability
  • Using Gen AI speeds up review and reduces human error

KBA estimates that this new functionality will reduce process time by up to an additional 30%, in addition to the 90% efficiency gains already achieved by KBA.Suite.
